The History of Eggspectation
What started as one location in Montreal is now a thriving franchise spanning six countries. Eggspectation boasts 30 years of success serving our guests across the globe! The idea sprung to life in Montreal in 1993, where we began with a passion for menu innovation and memorable experiences. Since then, we’ve grown into the USA, Egypt, Pakistan, Qatar and UAE.
Innovation
From day one, we focused on delivering exceptional food in a trendy, and engaging ambiance. We developed a cosmopolitan-cool vibe utilizing industrial chic décor with contemporary artwork.
Curating a menu that would stand out led us to offer a large, satisfying and quite diverse list of guest favorites. We took staple ingredients and creatively expanded upon them.
In addition to a vast breakfast and brunch menu, we also include more savory comfort foods like pastas, burgers, seafood, salads, flatbreads, tacos, steaks and more. Those Montreal beginnings have grown to fit today’s fresh, clean, and very tasty modern American-inspired cuisine.
